Individual sessions give you opportunity to experience an awareness of yourself and explore obstacles that hinder your emotional growth and connection to others. In this journey, the relationship between you and your therapist is essential. We will work together to identify your goals so that you are able to engage in a meaningful way in your life.

 Couples counseling provides a safe and supportive environment for  you to explore your intimate relationships. This setting may be helpful for partners considering separation or seeking improved intimacy and understanding. While the relationship itself is the focus in couples counseling, each partner is expected to pay attention to self-improvement and self-awareness in order to improve their relationship.

Therapy

Family therapy or family counseling is designed to address specific issues that affect the psychological health of the family, such as major life transitions or mental health conditions. It may be used as the primary mode of treatment or as a complementary approach.
